Do-In is the Japanese tradition of yoga practice. Stretching of the meridians (energy pathways) is performed here. Self-shiatsu/massage, Ki and active body exercises are also part of the class.

The aim of Do-In is to allow the Ki, the energy that flows through the body, to move more freely. The exercises are performed with attentiveness to breathing, which increases body awareness. Do-In Yoga can have a preventive effect on health issues and can reduce existing issues.

First lesson is free. There after a 10-ride card, costs 100 euros. Bring your own towel.
